    The Outreach program also supports the Commodity Supplemental Foods Program (FAN) funded by VSDA, NYSDOH and administrated by Catholic Charities.  This program provides free food for seniors age 60 and over, or mothers with a child 5 to 6 yr, or 6 to 14 months of age, that are income eligible. The food package includes cheese, milk starches, cereal, canned fruits, vegetables, fish, meats and more. Those NEWLY eligible include a single whose gross monthly income is $1,174.00 or less and a couple, whose gross monthly income is $1,574.00 or less.
